Welcome to Lady Artisan Dolls on Handmade FuZion!
Art dolls and sculpted figures are what you'll find here. I mostly use air-dry clay (Darwi, usually) and, now, two-part epoxy or paperclay with fabric, yarn, paint, crystals, beads, buttons, and all manner of embellishments to make my dolls. Wander around a bit and enjoy the company.
I do a variety of dolls and figures, some fully sculpted, some partial sculpts with soft bodies, and some assemblages. My main line of dolls, the Storkop series, are whimsical art dolls partially sculpted from air-dry clay and then hand-painted, costumed, and wigged. Most of them take between six and nine hours to make and each one is an original design.
I also have a series of assemblage dolls I'm starting that combine vintage, porcelain and/or hand-sculpted doll parts with a repurposed box enclosing a handmade journal. I'm very excited about this series and am calling them Box-Doll Journals.
Please convo me if you have questions, requests, or just want to chat about something in my shop. |
